HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
At Arcay Fishing® we want you to be satisfied with your purchases but if you are not, you can return the items in their original condition within a maximum of 10 calendar days after receiving the order, and we shall issue a refund.
You can send items from different orders in the same package by filling out and inserting the returns sheets for each order within the package.
We offer you 2 easy options to make a return. Regardless of which option you choose, remember to insert in the return the sheet you received in your package so that we have the details of your order. If you have lost it, print it here.
Choose the method that best suits you:
- Pick up at your door (via ASM messenger):
To make the return through this method, fill out the return form, include it in your package, complete shipping data and call 902 11 33 00 from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. The messenger will pick it up at the address you have indicated.

- Postal consignment.
You will only have to send your return through your nearest post office to this address:

We recommend that you keep proof of shipment.
Your return may take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reach our warehouse, depending on the return method you use.
We shall email you the first business day after receiving your return to confirm that it has been received and refunded.
Any refund shall be automatically made with the payment method used to place the order. It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We try to accept all returns and they do not have to be in their original box or bag, as long as they are securely packaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an inappropriate condition, we would have to send it back to you.DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM
