Are there delivery charges for the rods?

The rods, as well as orders that exceed €75, are sent of free of charge.

How long does it take for domestic deliveries to arrive?

Domestic deliveries arrive within 48-72 hours, always counting working days.

What kind of guarantee do Arcay Fishing® rods have?

The rods have a factory guarantee. If a rod has a manufacturing defect, the broken section shall be replaced free of charge. In case of breakage caused by improper use of the rod, the cost of repair shall be €50 + VAT.

Can I request an invoice when placing an order?

Of course, once the order has been completed, i.e. the customer has received it and it is deemed to have been delivered, the user shall receive an invoice in their e-mail corresponding to the operation. In addition, you will be able to download all your invoices in your private user area, in the ORDERS section.
